The BEGINNER HOOPGIRL® WORKOUT INTENSIVE is a super energizing 2 hour class designed for the beginner. Every body is welcome with no experience required. Focuses include: hooping basics, hooping on the torso and arms, angled hooping, lifting off the body, and more.
Annie uses play to encourage students to push their boundaries of movement inside the hoop. She is known for articulate instruction and emphasis on the development of beginner, intermediate, and hoop performance skills. Annie teaches on staff teaching for HoopGirl in San Francisco, CA.
Extra hoops will be available for class use. If you have hoops, please bring them. Please bring water and comfortable clothes that allow freedom of movement. Hoops will also be available for sale on site.
