In this double whammy class you will make and decorate your very own hula hoop and then recieve instruction on how to use it or learn some new tricks!

JAZZY: I have been hooping for three years now and doing it on fire for about two. I am a member of a professional fire troupe in Salt Lake City called Incendiary Circus and also perform solo throughout the valley and with my hooping partner Chelsea Hoop Ninja. Hooping has brought much joy to my life and has given me greater self esteem, purpose and has helped me be more active in my life. I have a great passion for hooping and can't wait to share this beautiful art with you. CHELSEA: I have a profound love for hoopdance ever since I picked up my first hoop 2 years ago. I was overweight and not very confident but hooping helped me gain confidence and become a much more happy and healthy person. I started firedancing and joined Incendiary Circus 10 months ago. I teach and perform with my hoop partner, Miss Jazzy Brite. I have found hooping to be a great way to calm your mind a build confidence as well as tone up and lose weight.
