In Memory of Bill "Billy" Lennon

One of ACE'S original founders, BILL LENNON, passed away on June 7, 2006 while working on his hydroelectric plant located in Little Cottonwood Canyon. Bill was a strong figure in the Alta community and loved the outdoors. Bill was a founder of ACE, a member of ACE's Board, a member of Alta Town council, co-owner of Wasatch Mountain Massage, Alta Ski Patroller, worked with Wasatch Powderbird Guides, and owner of Whitmore Oxygen hydro-electric power plant. Bill is survived by his wife of 21 years, Elizabeth Coyle O'Reilly, also a founder of ACE, member of our Board and now on our advisory board. All of the community looked up to Bill, he was inspiration in every endeavor his life gave him, he is dearly missed.
